With that in mind, we have created several programs to EMPOWER our people and proactively support their development.
Leadership Development
At MarketSource, we prepare our current and soon-to-be leaders through a robust Leadership Development program called Leadership Trek. This trek, or journey, provides targeted training and growth opportunities for leaders at all levels. The goal of Leadership Trek is to:
- Develop leadership and organizational competencies
- Attract and retain top talent
- Drive a culture of performance, customer satisfaction, innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop bench strength and effective succession planning
- Improve bottom-line performance
Training
A.I.M. (Acquire, Implement, Master) is our MarketSource training program for all employees. Aligned with our Core Values and Competencies, most A.I.M. courses are offered in multiple formats—in person, WebEx, and online—to accommodate our diverse workforce.
Onboarding
Our Embark program welcomes and acclimates new employees into the MarketSource culture. Through touch points and New Employee Orientation training sessions, our objective is to ensure that new employees are equipped with a solid foundation to empower their performance.
Mentoring
Our formal mentoring program, I.M.P.A.C.T., engages employees at all levels to participate as mentors or mentees. I.M.P.A.C.T. is available as a stand-alone development opportunity or as part of several other programs. Participants will have identified mentoring as a key activity in their Individual Development Plan (IDP).
